cleanliness, brightness of the room, location the beds and pillows that were quite comfortable.
One of the windows was never closed. shower tray didn't swallow the water well. toilet smelled like a drain. we went there we coincided with a high school trip and we could not sleep well during either of the two nights we were there. Besides, elevator was moving, walls were shaking and although you don't notice it much during the day, at night there were some scares. They do not control well if the silence schedule is fulfilled or not, because the reception is separated and they do not know what is happening in the areas of the rooms. girl at reception was quite dry. They gave us a room with two separate beds when we asked for a double bed. It's not a big deal and I think it's a bit expensive for what they offer you.

Overall - reasonably priced and good standard place with efficient staff in all areas. Variety of options for breakfast in the café. Incredible and unbeatable location, excellent in the middle of everything. For tea or coffee visit Macchiato caffe nearby. Good home base for exploring Granada.

The bed and cushions were very comfortable. The TV looked good. The shower was very spacious. The wifi was working well. Everything was very modern, it was very cool. The staff was very nice. Everything was very clean. The unbeatable location
parking lot at the hostel was quite a mess. At no time they ask you what car you have and that you have to put it in a tiny elevator closing the mirrors having a medium size car. always needing directions. you are going down you wait for some wide parkings and they have like another zone in which there is room for six cars and two in double line in which you have to leave the key to the boy so that he can move it when he needs it. hostel and parking lot are two different worlds. We had to go to the closest public that was not very different from the price since they have agreements. It's much better no color. In the room we had to call to maintenance because the air did not start. it is necessary to say that I solve it to us quickly but we had to ask for another key to leave it in case, in addition it was quite loose, window gave to an inner patio...

Excellent location in the heart of Granada (Gran Vía). Very good value for money. My requests were met and I was assigned a room on the top floor and outside as I requested. It was a bit hot (although the hotel has nothing to do with it there) and instead of turning on the air (they are usually a bit noisy everywhere) we opened the balcony (cool and noisy, very nice.) The room is noticeable that it was reformed and that little by little they are improving as much as possible. The bathroom was also reformed, in the shower the hot water came out perfectly. Everything was quite clean. I think it is a perfect place if you are looking for something functional in the middle of the city (without a lot of unnecessary amenities and details).
room was a bit small and bed could be a bit bigger and more comfortable. It is a bit 'claustrophobic' as it is an old and narrow building (corridors, elevator, entrance/exit of the elevator). As a constructive criticism I think the elevator should be reformed as it is sometimes insufficient for so many people. to be a hostel for the price is everything as expected. shower screen was leaking a little bit..

The room was fine, simple but fine. The reception staff were quite nice, actually. The location is good but to find parking other than the blue zone is impossible, we had to park far away and walk to the hotel, as the parking cost 20 euros a day and seemed excessive.
I did not like the food at all, since the hotel has hired a buffet which is not in the same hotel and well that is the least because I had never eaten worse. I did not like anything, there was nothing clean and variety the right and necessary we were 4 days eating salad and chicken to eat something. And the breakfast is not in the same hotel either but well even if there was only the possibility of coffee, juice and toast was a little better but the lunch in this case the dinner that was what we caught disastrous. . And finally the cleaning staff is not at all careful in the mornings, with voices, bumps and no care to move or hit the furniture disturbing from very early.

The location is really comfortable. Clean room and nice bedding. Well equipped and clean bathroom. I missed a small hairdryer but I requested it at the reception. I thought it was a very good service the option to extend the stay until 20h for 15 ? if there is availability because there are flights leaving very late. At the reception I found advertising for the hamman at Calle Santa Paula, 25 which was fantastic and made my stay in Granada more memorable.
room was just right and I slept well but it was narrower and darker than in the pictures. light from the playground and emergency light in such a small place give a lot of light to sleep. I missed a small table lamp. To the very important: when I inserted the card to make the light work, it emitted a constant annoying vibration/beep.. It would make the pause space in the hall more welcoming, it is practical but very cold. right reception equipment and good service, just enough.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The best things to see and do in Granada are within walking distance.
The room I stayed in was facing a wall which meant there was no natural light. A massive let down in such a sunny city! One or two of the staff could have smiled a bit more!

mattresses were great and cleaning staff were very friendly. guy who checked us in was great with us, he gave us a map of the city and pointed out the most significant places of leisure and monuments and accessibility to reach them.
We stayed 4 nights and they didn't clean the room any day, they just made the beds and changed the towels. We booked our stay with breakfast included, they serve it in a restaurant less than 1 minute away which is not a problem, first day after they served us breakfast and without any notice they tell us that we have to pay for the complements (ham, sweet ham, chocolate shake. we arrived at the reception we told the girl who was there and she told us that only the continental breakfast is included. Without a previous notice neither by the restaurant attached to the hostel, by the hostel.
